Own design
The collaboration begins with the development of an exclusive plastic packaging design. At this stage, the designer creates a 3D graphic visualisation of the product in the form of a design sketch.
The customer is offered one or more design options to choose from, with the ability to make changes to the smallest details.
Price calculation
After the design is approved, the approximate cost of the product is calculated.
The calculation includes:
- form design
- scheduled circulation
- dimensions
- product material
The cost of production can be reduced by designing a multi-seat mold.
3D model printing
For final approval of the project, a prototype of the product is manufactured using 3D printing technology..
This allows:
- visually evaluate the model

- start developing the label and carton packaging at the same time
Mold production
A mold is a special metal device for blowing plastics under pressure, which is used in mass production.
The mold is manufactured with maximum precision approved earlier project.
The process is fully automated, performed on high-precision equipment with modern software, which allows to achieve the required accuracy and repeatability of parts.
Production
After the mold is manufactured, it is adapted and installed on our own high-performance equipment. A control sample of the product is first manufactured and a reference sample is approved. After that, serial production is launched.
Quality control
The company has implemented and effectively operates a quality control department for finished products. A methodology for checking products during the production process has been developed, which allows avoiding defects and returns.
Supply
Our own transport and logistics department allow us to efficiently fulfill orders and provide product delivery and documentary support both in Ukraine and abroad.
Technical support
The company’s technical department is responsible for:
- correct operation of the mold
- timely maintenance
- equipment repair
